Julie Novak has been walking my dogs for over 10 years now and I would not consider anyone else. I highly recommend Julie to anyone who cares about their dog! The friends I referred to Julie are also extremely pleased with her service.
What sets Julie apart from all of the other dog walking agencies in Chicago, is that she truly cares about your dog and treats them as if they were her own. I never worry about my dog when he is with Julie - safety and care are her top priorities. She is also concerned about the health of "her dogs" and is willing to help in any way. She will bring any issues to my attention right away.
I also appreciate Julie's attention to customer service. She will always try to help me out when I need something extra like an additional walk because I have to work late, a pick up from the kennel, an earlier walk, etc. She is always professional and treats everyone with respect. She leaves me a note every day letting me know what time my dog was walked, what he did and adds comments for me. She makes sure he has fresh water and always give him a few special treats before she leaves. In bad weather she always makes sure he is dried off or she will even put boots on him in the winter to protect his paws from the salt.
